Live life, because somebody else has it way worse.
Do something nice, because someone right now feels like shit.
Be giving, because someone else has nothing.
Be fearless, because somebody else is terrified.
Laugh, because someone is crying.
Hug your family, because some don’t have one.
Be happy, because someone else is struggling with depression/anxiety.
Educate yourself, because some can’t read or write.
Exercise, because you have a body that works.
We can’t change the world, but we can change ourselves and that’s hard enough. Share this with someone that needs a little fire to keep going. No matter how tough you are, the struggle is real.
