Something that occurred to me yesterday, while tagging along with Rafael for his “recovery day”, is that there is always something we can be doing to get better, even if it is resting.
What matters, is that it goes along with your purpose. Getting stronger, getting in a better state of mind, better sleep, more inspired, are all things that we control. On top of that, the amount of things we could be doing to improve our lives are so vast that by solely putting your energy towards discovering them you will eliminate so many of the negative thoughts and habits that can occupy our head space.
By shifting our daily focus towards what will actually help us accomplish our goals we start to develop a mentality more suited for success.
